Ceremonial shell casings are not automatically provided in every service. To ensure availability, families must request the shell casings in advance through the honor guard or coordinating organization prior to the ceremony.

• All orders and purchases are final sale. 
 • Swarovski Stone settings are available for an additional charge.
 • A portion of your order will go to a charitable veterans organization to help veterans and their families! 
 • As a veteran, I can assure you that the shell casings you send to us will be the ones you receive with your finished product. 
 • Please keep in mind that we understand the importance of these items and although we will take extreme care of your piece, we cannot guarantee that accidents won't occur at some point in this business. In the rare case that this should occur we will call you and discuss the ongoing process. 
 • We will always strive to do our best to get your order delivered back to you in a timely manner, and we ask that you please remain patient during this process. 
 • Before sending your shell casings: Please be aware that only certain caliber casings are compatible with certain jewelry, so please make certain you select the correct piece.

Sizing Information

With ring purchases it is highly recommended to have your finger properly sized for the correct fit! Also with necklaces please note the size chart. 
 
Please note that once the order is processed it may be an additional fee to correct so please ensure that sizing is confirmed before ordering.

• Be sure to package your shell casings in a secure package with tracking. The small USPS Flat Rate Box works well! 
 • Please leave us your phone number with your order in case we should need to contact you about your order. 
 • If you are a local customer feel free to call or email us and set-up an appointment.
